Founder of Hotel Players, authentic team leader who managed to break with the past and the traditional approaches related to the hospitality industry. Precursor of the economic performance of the hotel industry market, he knows about all types of hotel: from boutique hotels to international hotel chains and full service hotels. He lectures at the Master’s in Hospitality Management Level Up. He deals with Co-Management and Business Development and oversees all the Hotel Players projects.
He studied and grew professionally in two of the Italian capitals of tourism, Rimini and Milan, and one of the hubs of world tourism, London. At Hotel Players, he coordinates all activities related to the field of revenue management and online distribution, supporting hoteliers in the management and updating of the Internet Distribution System and CRS and transferring with punctuality and precision his knowledge regarding channel manager, booking engine, GDS and TPI.
Emanuela joined the Hotel Players team in February 2013, after various experiences in the hotel sector between Rome and Milan. Thanks to her versatility, dedication and resourcefulness, she is immediately able to independently conduct various sales projects for our hotels in the capital. The purpose of her work is to be able to give a life experience in line with the expectations of each customer.
Gaia, young and smiling, has always nurtured a strong passion for hospitality and the tourism sector. After an important and formative experience in the United Kingdom, she had a long path of growth in 4 and 5 star hotels in Italy, for International chains such as Marriott and Baglioni Hotels. With the desire to learn and develop new skills that have always distinguished her, in 2022 she joined the Hotel Players Team, ready for a new professional and personal challenge, firmly keeping the same goal: customer satisfaction.
Giada, determined and with a thousand resources. She matured her experience in the world of tourism by covering various roles. The most significant was the technical assistant of products useful for online sales as Channel manager, booking engine, CRM, RMS, DMS, for about six years and, for a period of about two years, also the Sales department of the same products. Acquiring deep knowledge and secrets in the field of hotel software, she decides in 2023 to enthusiastically accept the growth prospectus proposed by Hotel Players, supporting the team and customers in online distribution.
